When will I receive payment for my sales?

Traxsource issues payment for sales within thirty (30) days of the end of each monthly accounting period providing you meet the minimum contractual threshold for payment as listed in Exhibit G of the agreement and you have submitted the required tax forms.

 

What is the minimum threshold amount required to receive payment?

Royalty payments are subject to the following minimum royalty payment amounts:

  • International wire transfer/check: $100.00 USD
  • Domestic (U.S.) wire transfer/check: $50.00 USD
  • PayPal transactions: No Minimum $50.00 USD

 

Any accrued royalties which are below the minimum payment amounts above shall be carried forward to the next royalty statement.

 

How will I receive payment for my sales?

If you are based in the U.S. we offer payment by ACH direct deposit, check payment or by Paypal.  For Non-U.S. based entities we offer payment by wire transfer or Paypal. Please note that is you choose payment by Paypal Traxsource is not responsible for any fees Paypal may charge your account for receiving payments.

 

How do I choose what method of payment I want?

Login to your account profile, click on “My Account Info”, and then click the “Payment Information” tab and complete the requested information.  When you are done entering the information please review it for accuracy and then click “Submit Changes”.  We will contact you if there are any problems with the information we receive.

 

How do I change my payment information?

IMPORTANT: After you receive your first payment from Traxsource.com, all subsequent payments will be made automatically within 30 days of the end of each statement period when the minimum payment threshold has been met.

Does Traxsource.com require and invoice for payment?

No, we do not require an invoice for payment however if you are required to issue one by your country of residence we ask that you send them via email to acc@traxsource.com .

 

Can I get a credit to spend on Traxsource.com instead of a regular payment?

Yes, we can issue a Traxsource.com gift certificate for part or all of the total amount due on your account. For payments in this manner, please contact the accounting department by email – acc@traxsource.com .  Please note that payment in this manner must still be reported as income to you on your annual 1099-Misc tax form (U.S. based entities)/ 1042-S tax form (Non-U.S. Based entities).

 

How long does it take for the direct deposit/wire transfer to credit to my account?

  • U.S. Direct deposit should credit three (3) business days from the time you receive the email notice that it has been issued.
  • International wire transfers will generally credit within 2-7 business days from the time they are issued depending on your bank’s wire transfer credit policy.       If your bank uses an intermediary bank to receive wire transfers it may take longer.
