Currently, you must have an artist or label page on Traxsource in order to manage it with an Entity account as mentioned here. Artist pages are not created but auto-generated when a label releases music from and new artist on the site.
We're working hard on a future solution to provide everyone the ability to have a profile image and publish DJ Charts but for now, requesting an entity is not possible.
Lastly, we would like to remind you, if you have a traxsource.com customer account, you can create your own 'user chart' and share them via social media, webpages and your friends. Though they will not be connected to any artist pages, or have a picture at this time.
