How do I remove an Entire release from Traxsource?

1. Login to your Label Account HERE
2. Click Active Releases
3. Search for the release using the Cat Number or UPC/EAN Searches.
4. Click Request Takedown.

5. Click Entire Release then select the red Request Takedown button.

Your request will be sent to us for processing and displayed under Releases > Takedown Requests. While in pending status, you can Cancel Request.

ONCE TAKEDOWN HAS BEEN PROCESSED
When successfully processed, 'Entire Release Takedowns' will show up in Active Releases and the Status column will show Inactive.

IMPORTANT NOTE: all takedowns requests are processed within 24hrs.
