How do I update release information?

In this section, you can update the following information:

• Release Title.
• Release Artist Name.
• Cat Number.
• UPC /EAN Code.
• GrID (Global Release ID)
• Credits / Description Text.
• Dates: Live, Commercial and Pre-Order Dates.

1. Login to your Label Account.
2. Click Active Releases.
3. Search for the release using Cat Number or UPC/EAN Searches & click View.


4. Click Modify Release.


5. Change or Add the relevant information and then click Save.


6. Click the green Submit Changes button to send the update request or to discard the changes, click the red Revert to Original button.

ONCE UPDATE HAS BEEN SENT
The Status of the release in Active Releases will show up as Processing.
Once the update has been processed, the Status will show up as Active.

IMPORTANT NOTE: all update requests are processed within 24hrs.
