What are the tax treaty rates in my country?

As a non-U.S. individual or company, if your country has a tax treaty with the United States,  you must complete a W-8 tax form in order to claim the reduction in U.S. taxation provided for under that tax treaty.

Reduced tax treaty rates vary depending on your country of residence for income tax purposes.

Please note: If your country of residence does not have a tax treaty with the United States or if you do not submit a valid W-8 tax form, we are required by U.S. tax law to deduct 30% withholding tax from your payments.
