• You may submit a claim for multiple artists and/or label profiles with a single Entity Account.  Additionally, if you already have an Entity account you may also use the form below. 

Before we can get your Entity Account set-up, we need to verify you. 
This ensures your page is protected from another party trying to access it for nefarious purposes. Please read below.

1- FAST-TRACK
Already know one of the Traxsource A&R Team? drop them an email with the subject “Requesting Traxsource Entity Account” and they’ll set you up.

If this is not the case, follow step 2.

2- EMAIL VERIFICATION VIA SOCIAL MEDIA PAGE(S)
Before you submit this request, be sure and make the email address used for your entity account submission publicly visible via all the social media accounts bio’s/descriptions you provide below. (See SC image example below) **This is how we till verify you have control over the page and is necessary! (this can be removed as soon as verification is complete)
