Account Security & Admin Role Policy
At Traxsource, account security is a top priority. To protect the integrity of your Label & Content System account, all user roles and permissions are managed exclusively by the designated Account Admin.
Why the Admin Role Matters
The Admin has full control over who can access your account, what permissions they hold, and what notifications they receive. Beyond user management, the Admin also has full authority over your company's banking and tax information; this is sensitive data that directly affects your payments and annual income statements.
Because of the critical nature of this access, Traxsource's policy is that we do not make changes to user roles, permissions, or financial information on your behalf. All changes must be initiated by the Admin through the Label & Content System portal. This ensures that your account is protected by secure, policy-driven measures rather than informal requests.
Transferring Admin Status
The Admin role cannot be reassigned through the portal. If the person currently holding the Admin role is leaving their position or transitioning responsibilities, it is critical that the transfer is completed before that person departs.
To initiate the transfer, the current Admin must send a request from the email address registered to their account in the system, directing Traxsource to assign the Admin role to a specified user. This request should be submitted to labelsupport@traxsource.com.
Please note, if the Admin does not transfer before departure, we cannot take direction from just anyone.
What to Do If You've Lost Admin Access
If your company finds itself without an active Admin, Traxsource can only accept direction from one of the following authorized parties: the original signer of the agreement with Traxsource, or a corporate officer of the company (such as a managing officer or partner).
To initiate an Admin change under these circumstances, the authorized party must provide a formal, written letter of direction requesting the change.
