Update release audio files.

As a distributor, you have the ability to update audio files on ANY release associated with a label currently under your account.

Excepted File Formats:

• Audio files must be in lossless WAV or AIFF format. 16bit 44.1khz stereo only.

•  If this release is a STEMS release, then ONLY upload audio files in STEMS .mp4 format.

Please follow the steps below.

1. Login to your Label and Content System Account.
2. Click Active Releases.
3. Search for the release using Cat Number or UPC/EAN Searches then click View on the release you wish to edit.

4. Click Upload New Files and upload your new audio.

5. Once uploaded, scroll down (on the same page) and click Modify Track on the desired track.

6. Click Select New Audio File, select the audio file and click Save Changes.
Note: repeat 5-6 if you have multiple audio tracks uploaded.

7. Click the green Submit Changes button to send the update request or to discard the changes, click the red Revert to Original button.

ONCE UPDATE HAS BEEN SENT
The Status of the release in Active Releases will show up as Processing.
Once the update has been processed, the Status will show up as Active.

IMPORTANT NOTE: all update requests are processed within 24hrs.
