About Roles, Permissions and Access.

HOW IT WORKS:

The Traxsource Label and Content System has been designed with various roles and associated permissions preset to access certain areas of your account.  These "Preset" roles and permissions can be altered to suit the needs of your company.   

Your account "Admin" has full control of every person who may access your Label and Content system account.  

DEFAULT ROLES & PERMISSIONS:

We have designed the system this way to match the various areas Traxsource must communicate with your company about.   

There are 4 default and mandatory "Roles" which must be assigned to at least one person, but can be split between multiple people as desired.  Additionally, the associated default permissions maybe altered to suit.

• Business Affairs - Handles legal decisions and inquiries.
- Able to view and download accounting statements
- Able to view and download company related files (ie Year-end Tax forms).
- Able to view and modify company info, including banking and tax information.
- Able to request release and track takedowns

• Accounting - Handles accounting statements and tax information.
- Able to view and download accounting statements
- Able to view and download company related files (ie Year-end Tax forms).
- Able to view and modify company info, including banking and tax information.
- Able to view and modify active releases

• Label Manager - Handles content management.
- Able to view and modify active releases
- Able to request release and track takedowns
- Able to view new release submissions
- Able to add new releases
- Able to create DJ Top 10 Charts
- Able to view List of Created DJ Charts
- Able to view and modify current labels
- Able to add new labels
- Able to Update Label's Artist Profiles on Traxsource
- Able to view and release reports

• Technical Manager - Handles technical issues & onboarding development.
- Able to view and modify active releases
- Able to request release and track takedowns
- Able to view new release submissions
- Able to add new releases
- Able to create DJ Top 10 Charts
- Able to view List of Created DJ Charts
- Able to view and modify current labels
- Able to add new labels
- Able to Update Label's Artist Profiles on Traxsource
- Able to view and release reports
- Able to view and retrieve credentials for Traxsource provider APIs

• Other - (Optional)
- Other maybe used for any other areas you may need and is fully customizable.  

ABOUT THE ACCOUNT ADMIN:

The person delegated with Admin status has full access to add, remove or update users' roles and permissions.

The Admin will be indicated beside the persons Name in the Users section.
