When will I receive payment for my sales?
Traxsource issues payment for sales within thirty (30) days of the end of each monthly accounting period providing you meet the minimum contractual threshold for payment as listed in Exhibit G of the agreement and you have submitted the required tax forms.
What is the minimum threshold amount required to receive payment?
Royalty payments are subject to the following minimum royalty payment amounts:
- International ACH (ACH/EFT/FPS/SEPA) $75.00 USD
- Domestic (U.S.) ACH Direct Deposit: $25.00 USD
- PayPal transactions: $25.00 USD
- Wire Transfer to a USD Account (Domestic/International): $500.00 USD
Any accrued royalties which are below the minimum payment amounts above shall be carried forward to the next royalty statement.
How will I receive payment for my sales?
If you are based in the U.S. we offer payment by the following methods:
- ACH Direct Deposit
- Paypal
For Non-U.S. based entities we offer payment by the following methods:
- International ACH (ACH / EFT /FPS / SEPA )
- International SWIFT Bank Wires (Where International ACH is not available)
- Paypal
Payment to a "Transferwise Borderless USD Account" is also offered however you must notify us if you want to use this option.
Please note: Traxsource does not deduct any bank fees/wire fees from your payment but is not responsible for any fees your bank (or it’s intermediary bank), Paypal or Transferwise may charge your account directly for receiving payments.
How do I choose what method of payment I want?
Login to your account profile, click on “My Company Info”, and then click the “Payment and Tax Info” tab and complete the requested information. We will contact you if there are any problems with the information we receive.

IMPORTANT: After you receive your first payment from Traxsource, all subsequent payments will be made automatically within 30 days of the end of each statement period when the minimum payment threshold has been met. Please make sure you update your bank details as soon as possible if they change to avoid any delay in payment.
Does Traxsource require an invoice for payment?
No, we do not require an invoice for payment however if you are required to issue one by your country of residence we ask that you send them via email to labelsupport@traxsource.com.
Can I get a credit to spend on Traxsource instead of a regular payment?
Yes, we can issue a Traxsource gift certificate for all or part of the total amount due on your account. For payments in this manner, please contact Label Support by email labelsupport@traxsource.com. Please note that payment in this manner must still be reported as income to you on your annual 1099-Misc tax form (U.S. based entities)/ 1042-S tax form (Non-U.S. Based entities).
